    I have shipped my device back to iTVGoggles over a month ago to the address given to me. I’ve emailed asking where my refund is and have not even gotten a response. My order # is: 3185.

    Does anyone know if there’s a phone number I can call to get this cleared up? iTVG has stopped responding to my emails altogether at this point.

    Or are there any iTVG staff lurking around these forums? I was told I could safely order my unit, try it, and return it with a restocking fee waived, if not lowered because it was a “buy before try” situation.
