We accept returns within 7 days of when product has been received by the customer. a 15% restocking fee will apply with some exceptions. Defective units will be tested thoroughly, and if it is determined that the device was defective when sent to the customer, a full refund (within the first 7 days) or a replacement unit (within first 14 days) will be sent to the buyer.
